We experienced an unexpected issue with the lace used in this launch. It was a custom lace, and although our supplier initially confirmed a delivery date, the material arrived approximately 4.5 weeks later than promised. Unfortunately, this directly impacted our production and shipping timeline.

This has been a learning experience for us regarding custom materials and pre-orders, and we’re working to prevent this from happening again in future launches.
